Before beginning this integration, make sure you have the template ready with one variable only i.e., name.

STEP 1: Set up integrations on noApp

1. Navigate to Integration under settings tab.
2. Select Google Form for integration.
3. Once the integration is active, click on the View details button. Here you will get your webhook delivery URL which will be required ahead in STEP 2

1. Move to the template tab and add an event. Select an event and available template for the event. Click on the Submit button.

STEP 2: Go to Google Forms

1. Create a new Form on Google Forms.
2. Add inputs for Name and Contact in the Google form, both should be marked as compulsory fields.

In the Contact field of the form, suggest your users to input their WhatsApp number with the country code appended. (For example, if the contact number is 9090909090, and it belongs to India, the user should enter 919090909090).

1. Go to ‘Responses’ Tab in the same form. There, click on ‘Link to Sheets’ and then click on Create a new spreadsheet. Give a name to this sheet where these responses will be saved.
