At noApp, the mobile number used with your WhatsApp Business API is called a WA Channel. There can be multiple channels within a same account, given they are linked under same WABA.
Below are the steps on how you can add a new channel for your business at noApp.
STEP 1: Click on ‘Settings’ icon located at the top navigation bar.
STEP 2: Go to ‘WA Channels’ tab as shown below. All of your connected numbers/channels would be shown in the list.
STEP 3: Click on ‘Add new channel’ button. Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding ahead.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
Please note that the following process needs to be followed only when you are using a new number, which is not linked to any personal WhatsApp account or an API provider like WATI, Gupshup or Haptik,etc.

When you click on ‘OK, I understood’ button in the popup, follow these steps to move ahead.
Please click on ‘Already have a 360Dialog account? Login’ while adding a new channel, so as to ensure the process runs smoothly.
You’d already be having credentials to the 360Dialog account. Please co-ordinate with your account manager at noApp, if facing any issues.
