Cozlo Technologies Private Limited Platform (NoApp) requires the services of the Meta Platforms for the delivery of its services to the clients. Therefore, modifications on the part of these Meta Platforms may affect and even prevent the services of Cozlo Technologies Private Limited. Cozlo Technologies Private Limited has no influence over either the delivery of services by the Meta Platforms or their technical configuration. The client also has to make sure to be registered as a business user with the Meta Platforms and take care of all organizational measures with regard to its functioning.This means that a situation may occur in which Cozlo Technologies Private Limited is able to provide its services to its clients only to a limited extent or not at all. In such circumstances, Cozlo Technologies Private Limited and the client each has an exceptional right to terminate.

1.1 This Cozlo Technologies Private Limited Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between the Clients (‘’Client’’) and Cozlo Technologies Private Limited, together the “Parties” and each, a “Party”, and is entered the date the Client signs up for a Cozlo Technologies Private Limited account through its website.
1.2 The application of a Client’s own terms and conditions is excluded. Deviating, opposing or complementary terms and conditions of a client will only be incorporated into the contract when expressly approved in writing by Cozlo Technologies Private Limited. This approval requirement applies in each case, including, for example, when Cozlo Technologies Private Limited, in full awareness of the client’s terms and conditions, unconditionally accepts payment from such client.
1.3 Client acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the content that passes through the use of the Service and that Meta Platforms does not examine the use of such content or the nature or the sources of the content. Client will be solely liable for such content. 2.1 The client is able to configure and administer its digital media content for usage on smartphones, laptops/PCs and tablets via the platform.
2.2 The client is able to digitally distribute its existing media content as individual messages to end clients.
2.3 Cozlo Technologies Private Limited provides the platform to the client as technical infrastructure. Cozlo Technologies Private Limited will not provide content of its own.
