If you have mistakenly removed BSP Access or it has been removed due to a technical glitch at Meta, please follow these steps. This helps us in raising direct tickets to Meta on account of your business’ behalf and help us support your issues better.

  1. Login to 360Dialog Client Hub here: https://hub.360dialog.com/auth/login using your credentials.

  2. Click on Blue ‘+’ button and select ‘add a new phone number’.

  1. This dialog box appears. Click on ‘Continue with Facebook’.

  1. Continue with the personal Facebook account which is an admin of your Meta Business Suite, and has 2FA on.

  1. In the next step, under ‘Choose a WhatsApp Business account’, select your old business account.

  1. Under Create or select a WhatsApp Business Profile, choose your existing number.

Then click on Next.

  1. Now, the screen opens for connecting WhatsApp Business Number.

Select the country code (example +91 in case of an Indian phone number), and enter the phone number to be linked.

Select a verification method, either Text Message or Voice Call, and then click on Send Code

  1. All the details should be auto-filled in the upcoming screens, click on next.
  2. The screen opens for connecting WhatsApp Business Number.

  1. OTP will not be sent but 360Dialog will regain the access as BSP.
