Now that we know what message templates are and they are only allowed by WhatsApp to be sent by business to open a 24-hr window, let’s see how we can initiate a broadcast to the end-users via noApp.

  1. Click on Broadcast on the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on Start New Broadcast.

  3. Give a name to your broadcast, and select a language of templates to be sent.

  4. Select a template from the list of templates as shown below and then click on next step.

  5. Now, if the template has any media choose a media within limits allowed (5MB for image, 16MB for videos and 100MB for documents)

  6. If the template has variables in it, you may select to personalize it by using a ‘Liquid Variable’ or just fill a ‘custom text’, which remains same for all the recipients.

  7. Once you have filled the variables as per your requirements, the next step is to add recipients.

  1. In the next step add recipients, you may select a group or multiple groups to whom you want to send the broadcast messages and you can also schedule the broadcast messages by setting up the date & time.
