It is possible to switch your WhatsApp Business Account from one BSP to another without losing your WhatsApp Business Number.

This allows you to select your preferred BSP while retaining important details such as your

1. Display Name
2. Quality Rating
3. Official Business Account Status
4. Messaging Limits.

What is involved in the process of migrating an account?

In order to initiate the migration of your account to a different BSP, you will need to provide us with the phone number associated with the account and the Business Manager ID.

These details will assist us in completing the migration process.

NOTE: Before you can transfer your account to a new provider, the 2FA for your phone number must be disabled by the owner of the source WABA.

You can migrate your number to noApp if you are already utilising the WhatsApp Business API with another BSP. We can migrate your current number from your current BSP (Gupshup, Haptik (Interakt), WATI, Twilio, MessageBird, etc.) to noApp.

Since 360Dialog has a very user-friendly migration mechanism, we utilise them as our API provider so that noApp can access your phone number and WhatsApp account. Keep in mind that both the quality rating of the number and its templates will be migrated.
