Starting 1st August 2024, your subscription bills will be automatically generated on your account. The latest update introduces three key features: Wallet Integration and Monthly Subscription Billing. Please read the following details carefully to understand the new process.

We are implementing an automatic billing process to streamline subscription experience. This will require payments to be made in advance using our online payment system. ****

Automatic Billing Process

1. Automatic Invoice Generation

• Your subscription bill will be automatically generated at the beginning of each billing cycle i.e. 1st of every month if you’ve opted for monthly billing cycle.

1. Advance Payment Requirement
   • Payments must be completed in advance once the invoice is generated. You will have a 3-day window to make the payment, with the due date being the 3rd of every month.
2. Online Payment Modes
   • Available payment options include:
     • Credit/Debit Cards
     • Net Banking
     • UPI

How It Works

1. New ‘Billing’ Section:

   • Under the ‘Billing’ tab, you can view your subscription plan and the cost associated with it. You can set your billing preferences such as Company name, Company address, and GST to be visible in your invoices here.

2. Invoice Generation:

   • Each month(1st of every month), an invoice will be automatically created and added to your account.

3. Payment Notification:

   • You will receive a notification via email and on your account dashboard when the invoice is generated.

4. Making a Payment:

   • Log in to your account.
   • Go to the “Billing” section.
   • Click on the “Pay Now” Button.
   • Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

   ⚠️ IMPORTANT

   • Limited Access: If payment is not made by the 3rd, your account functionalities will be limited starting from the 4th. This limited access will last for 4 days.
   • Account Revocation: If the payment is still not made within these 4 days (by the 7th), your account access will be revoked, and you will not be able to create templates, or send messages to your customers.
