STEP 1:

On the side bar of your WebEngage account, move to Data Platform > Integration and then select configure on the WhatsApp Setup.

STEP 2:

Click on Add WhatsApp Service Providers button in the WhatsApp Service Providers menu and in the dropdown select as Private WSP.

STEP 3:

In the modal appeared, Enter a Configuration Name (as per your choice) and WhatsApp business number linked to noApp.

In the URL field enter the following URL : **https://crm.noapp.io/webengage/message.**

In the Request Type select, Send Personalisation Variables.

STEP 4:

Select Add Header button and enter the two headers name (or keys) and value as given below (and shown in the picture)

**channelKey -> ‘YOUR CLIENT KEY FROM NOAPP PLATFORM’
apiKey -> ‘YOUR API KEY FROM NOAPP PLATFORM’**
