There are two ways to add contacts:

1. Add single contact

2. Add multiple contacts in bulk using .csv file

1. Click on Multiple Contacts and download the template file.

   

2. Open the downloaded file and fill the contact details. Save it

   

Please note that it is mandatory to fill the First Name, Country code, WhatsApp number and the variables in the csv file

Tags are just group names. Multiple tags can be added.

1. Upload the filled file and click on Add contact list.

   

Your contacts list is now successfully added .

Data in the uploaded file is not in format. Check all the required fields are filled or not.
