Here are the steps to create a flow in Noapp:

STEP 1:

Log in to your noApp account and navigate to the Flow section. Hovering it will show 2 options, as shown below.

STEP 2:

Click on "Flow Templates". Then click on New Flow Template as shown below

STEP 3:

Give your flow a name and choose a type.

It can either be an Inbound Flow or an Outbound Flow. In case of an inbound flow**, intent** is the event that will activate the flow. In case of an outbound message, the first message needs to be a template with Quick Reply buttons approved by WhatsApp.

STEP 4:

Build your flow by adding messages, questions, and other elements like time-delay or unsubscribe. You can use pre-built templates or create custom messages using text, images, videos, and other media.

For example, you can set up a rule to route the conversation to a live agent if the user clicks on a specific button.
