WhatsApp Business API enables businesses to send broadcast messages to their customers, allowing them to reach a wide audience with important updates, promotions, or other relevant information.

When a business sends out campaigns in the form of a broadcast, the following numbers are shown as statistics on noApp platform 👇

Recipients

Recipients refer to the individuals or phone numbers to whom you send messages or interact with using the API.

TIP💡: To interact with recipients using the WhatsApp Business API, you need to have their consent and ensure compliance with WhatsApp's policies and guidelines regarding message sending and user privacy.

It is the number of users the approved template message was broadcasted to from noApp platform.

Sent

The "sent" status indicates that a message has been successfully delivered from noApp to the WhatsApp server. It means that the message has left noApp’s end and has been transmitted to the WhatsApp infrastructure.

The "sent" status in the WhatsApp Business API does not guarantee that the message has been delivered to the recipient's device or that they have seen it. It solely confirms that the message has been transmitted to the WhatsApp server.

For a campaign on noApp, ‘SENT’ status shows the same number i.e., the messages that were successfully sent to WhatsApp infrastructure to be further sent to users.

Delivered

The "delivered" status indicates that your message has been successfully delivered to the recipient's device. However, it's important to note that the "delivered" status does not necessarily mean that the recipient has seen or read the message. It simply indicates that the message has been received by the recipient's device and is available for them to view.

It's worth mentioning that the "delivered" status relies on the recipient's internet connection and the proper functioning of their device. If the recipient's device is turned off, disconnected from the internet, or experiencing other connectivity issues, the "delivered" status may be delayed or not displayed until the device reconnects.

For a campaign on noApp, ‘DELIVERED’ status shows the number of users to whom the message was successfully delivered. These numbers may update from time to time upto 24 hours of campaign. It gets updated as we get status update from Meta.

Read

The "read" status indicates that the recipient has opened and viewed your message. When a message is marked as "read," it means that the recipient has seen the content of the message on their device.

The "read" status is represented by two blue checkmarks that appear next to the message. These blue checkmarks indicate that the message has been successfully delivered to the recipient's device and has been opened and read by them.

For a campaign on noApp, ‘READ’ status shows the number of users to whom the message was successfully delivered and read by the user. These numbers may update from time to time upto 24 hours of campaign. It gets updated as we get status update from Meta.

It's important to note that the "read" status is dependent on the recipient's actions and settings. If the recipient has read receipts enabled in their WhatsApp settings, the blue checkmarks will be displayed once they have viewed the message. However, if the recipient has read receipts disabled, the blue checkmarks may not appear even if they have read the message, and we may not get the status update as Read from Meta.

It's worth mentioning that the "read" status may not be immediately updated in real-time. It may take some time for the status to change to "read" after the recipient has viewed the message. The exact timing of when the "read" status is triggered may vary depending on various factors such as network conditions and device settings.
