2 TYPE OF USERS There are 2 user roles in noApp, each serving a different purpose.

A) ADMIN An admin has access to all features/modules, can create new users, change settings, access Reports, and Logs, as well as chat with customers(in case agent is not added).

B) AGENT

Agent is the most basic role in noApp. An agent cannot access anything in the settings section except their profile (includes name and profile picture)

By default Agents can access the following modules:

  1. Dashboard
  2. Contacts
  3. Chat

Things to know before setting up Agents profile

A) Chat Distribution Rule noApp assigns conversations to the agents automatically and distribute the chats equally amongst the agents only(chats are not assigned to admin in case).

B) Admin can see all the chats assigned to the agents

C) Admin can turn ON/OFF the activity status of the agent. This feature is very useful when the agent is not available to handle real time chats, admin can turn OFF the activity status. Then no chats will be assigned to that agent.

D) Agents don’t have access to contacts saved by the admin or any other agent. They can add or manage contacts on their platform individually.

E) Businesses can add 3 to 5 agents as per their plans chosen.

Steps to add a New Agent

NOTE: Only an admin can add agents

  1. Go to Setting icon (at the top right of navigation bar)
